With a strong background in UX design and a strategic approach to problem solving, I implemented email marketing program for 180, 000 members, with a focus on deliverability, member engagement and adherence to anti-spam legislation. 

I worked with vendors and ISPs to understand and solve complex deliverability issues. I also worked with a lawyer specializing in anti-spam legislation to ensure compliance in all our campaigns.

I educated writers on email content best-practices based on clear language principles and provided insight into campaign strategies for senior management.
